‘Live Fire: seasonal barbecue recipes and stories of live fire traditions, old and new’ is my first full-length cookbook, due to be published by Hardie Grant in April 2022.

It features more than 100 seasonal recipes, which celebrate the common thread of live fire cooking in cuisines from around the world. It also contains interviews with and stories from chefs and home cooks from the multiple diaspora communities cooking with live fire around the UK, exploring the techniques that define and unite the way we grill.
