I develop recipes for print and digital publications, food and drink brands and other clients, such as charities and educators. I have a particular interest in live-fire cooking but am known for a wider body of work.
I have written recipes for The Observer; Sainsbury’s; Olive; delicious; Great British Chefs; Ocado Life; Waitrose Weekend; National Geographic and many more.
I have worked with hundreds of food and drink brands. Some examples include Lurpak (billboard campaign), Leisure Range Cookers and Sarson’s.
My features have been published in many of the UK’s major print and digital food publications. Some examples include features on destinations such as Macau, Belize, Switzerland, Chile, Indonesia and Cambodia for Food & Travel; features for Eater London on critical topics like chicken wings, and a piece titled ‘Barbecue, not Bro-becue‘ for food newsletter Vittles.
