I develop recipes for print and digital publications, food and drink brands and other clients, such as charities and educators. I have a particular interest in live-fire cooking but I am known for a much wider body of work.

I also write features and have had work published in many of the UK’s major print and digital food publications. Some examples include features on destinations such as Macau, Belize, Switzerland, Chile, Indonesia and Cambodia for Food & Travel; features for Eater London on very important topics like chicken wings, and a piece titled ‘Barbecue, not Bro-becue‘ for food newsletter Vittles.
