Monkfish Tikka


You may be aware that I am a huge fan of Big Green Egg BBQs, and I also write recipes for their website. It’s national BBQ week, and they’ve asked me to come up with a little flurry of recipes, one to be posted each day for the next five days. I’ve spent some happy times on my balcony cooking these so I hope you enjoy them.     Hi, I’d like to try the monkfish tikka recipe. Is there a target temperature to aim for whilst in the egg/oven?

    ah sorry, 200 degrees celsius it is.
