Recipe: JAZZ Apple Som Tam

A while back I did some recipe for work for JAZZ Apples and I forgot to post it on here as promised. A salad recipe seems a little bit incongruous now we’re in midwinter but it is actually quite blow-your-head-off spicy – warming from the inside out.

The apples have great acidity so are a fun substitute for green papaya in this Thai salad, which is a riot of salty, sharp, hot and funky shrimp flavours. If you’re interested in this and other apple recipes, JAZZ have produced a recipe book which you can download for free from their website.
