Smoked hummus, @pippyeats Chilli Crisp and my favourite pickled green beans (recipe for those and loads more pickles coming in Live Fire 📚🔥). A taste sensation tbh 🤌

Smoked hummus! Topped with spiced butter, yellow leg chanterelles and trompette de la mort mushrooms. I got the cold smoker out today to smoke some chickpeas - it’s been on my mind since I made mushroom topped hummus recently to do a smoky version. Bloody delicious. Cold smokers are really affordable little gadgets that you just fill with wood dust. Pop a tea light inside to light it and leave it in the BBQ for a few hours. Scooped it with a shitload of warm pitta, obvs 🤗 Recipe: 400g cooked (and smoked!) chickpeas blended with 2 cloves garlic, 150g tahini, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, salt and about 120ml iced water. Blend everything except water first then gradually add that with the motor running until you get the consistency you’re after.

Creamy hummus with girolles fried in nutty butter spiced with lots of pul biber. A pile of steaming pitta on the side and just close the door behind you tbh. It’s all mine (recipe for @finefoodspecialist so will be on their website v soon) 🍄

Super simple, gently caramelised, slowly cooked chicken thighs (fish sauce, sugar, garlic and soy marinade), loadsa herbs, charred mange tout, warm charred lime and blistered chillies on rice. Chilli sauce on the side 🤌🌶 Those chillies were homegrown (not by me sadly) and fierce AF!
